Through Frequency Capping.
You can set your own frequency cap to limit the number of times each user can be sent a message within the day, week or month (which you also designate). Blesh limits the number of messages sent to sent to your users (advertiser's target audience) at 1 per location per day. Blesh Ads does this to protect the Blesh Marketplace ecosystem which includes Brand Safety (advertisers) and Publisher Integrity (you). The limit Blesh Ads sets is to ensure target audiences are not desensitized to push notification advertising.
